The rules

Stake MON on Monad testnet and stay on the room tab. Leave it for more than twenty seconds, close it, or never show up and you are slashed.

Solo is the default, a room of one: hold to the buzzer and your stake comes back, break and it burns. Classic is many players for one pot: everyone stakes the same, and the survivors split the whole pot onchain, slashed stakes included. Teams plays in groups, and a team wins only if every member holds; one break sinks the team, and the teams that held in full split the pot.

When nobody survives, the pot burns to the dead address. The house takes nothing.

Presence is judged off chain by this app as referee. The chain holds the money and caps the referee: only staked wallets can be paid, never the referee, and anyone can trigger a full refund if the referee goes quiet for an hour after the end.
